company-issued credit card transaction software, completion of annual audit schedules including
reconciliation of fixed assets and depreciation.

Accounting and Operations Manager, duration 1 year+. Entity(s): Marin philanthropist/business entity.
Responsibilities: included restructuring of real-estate holdings to protect assets through formation of
separate LLCs and related general ledgers, use of profit centers and daily accounting processes, and
calculation of asset distribution on death.

Consulting, duration 4 years+. Entity: Large construction company.
Included: complete revamp of QuickBooks Enterprise setup, use of classes, budgets and variance reporting,
and Intuit payroll setup.

Controller, duration 2 years+. Entity: Retail precious gems company.
Work included transition from Sage (an in-house based server) to QuickBooks Desktop
(a third-party based cloud server); reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards;
calculation of cost of goods sold; payroll processing; and filing of quarterly sales tax returns.
